PENNINGTON, TOM
Ponchatoula - Tom Pennington, 70, died Saturday, June 29, 2002, at Dixon
Rehabilitation Medical Center in Denham Springs. He was a native of
Tangipahoa and resident of Ponchatoula. Survivors include three daughters,
Marilyn Pennington and Dawanda Henderson, both of Ponchatoula and Shirley
Sudduth of Berkley, Calif.; a sister, Marie McGhee of Ponchatoula; 12 
grandchildren and one great-granchild. His father, Tom Pennington Sr., and
his mother, Daisy McKay, preceded him in death as did a son. Visitation
will be at Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, Sunday from 5 until the
funeral at 7 p.m. The Rev. Morris Payne will conduct the service. Dismissal
will be Monday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Holly Garden Cemetery, Hammond.
