PETTY, BENJAMIN
Benjamin Petty age 74 departed this life on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 
North Oak Hospital in Hammond, Louisiana. Son of the late James Petty Sr., 
and the late Beatrice Chambers. Loving brother of Rev. Dr. Wyatt S. Petty 
Sr. (Willie Maye), Rev. Dr. Alvin (Loretta), Leonard (Jeanette) Henry, Rev. 
Dr. Ricki (Cheryl), Patricia Sylvester, and the late Beatrice and James 
Petty Jr., John Henry and Connie Morgan. Loving, long-time companion of 
Ester Jones. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives 
and friends. Relatives and friends, pastors, officers, and members of Solid 
Rock Missionary B.C. are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on 
Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Littlejohn Funeral Home, 2163 Aubry 
Street. Rev. Dr. Nathaniel Gaines officiating. Parlor Visitation 9:00 a.m. 
until hour of service. Interment Green St. (Carrollton) Cemetery.
