She was 91 and a native of Thibodaux. Visiting at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Hammond, from 9 a.m. Saturday until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., conducted by a Dominican priest. Interment in Rose Memorial Cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Vita Rose Gomilla Haupers, Morton Grove, Ill.; two sons, Samuel "Sam" Gomilla and James "Jimmy" Gomilla, both of Hammond; 10 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a brother, Paul B. Gomilla, Hammond; three step- sisters, Jennie Gomilla Ferrara, California, Ann Gomilla Pizzolato, Hammond, and Rosalie Gomilla Bova, California; and a stepbrother, Frank Gomilla, Hammond. Preceded in death by her first husband, Samuel Gomilla; second husband, Anthony Pfiffner; a son, Joseph T. Gomilla; three sisters, Doris Frances Delia, Mary Helen Delia Gomilla and Angelina Delia; two brothers, Samuel Phine Delia and Joseph Delia; parents, Samuel and Antonina Cerniglia Delia; two stepsisters, Rosina Gomilla Signorilli and Esther Gomilla Agrifoglio; and a stepbrother, James Ciro Gomilla.
