She was born on June 6th, 1912, in Independence. She is survived by her son, Joel A. Pizzolato of Clermont, GA; grandchildren, Marla Pizzolato Parker (Kit), Mechanicsville, VA, Joel Brent Pizzolato (Belinda), Joelle Pizzolato, Georgia, Nicholas Pizzolato, Hammond, LA, Joseph Pizzolato, Florida; great grandchildren, Hunter and Kanyon Parker, Katie, Kyle and Sam Pizzolato, GiGi Baugh, and Ashlyn Pizzolato. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Joe" Pizzolato and grandson Jason Pizzolato. He served our country in the Merchant Marines during World War II and was a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Tony leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Joan Pizzolato; two daughters, Monica Threeton and husband John, and Gina Pizzolato and life partner Sandra Wright; along with grandchildren, Shea Griffith and wife Brandi, Shanie Dickens and husband Johnny, Kayla Threeton and Monique Threeton; and great-grandchildren, Sydni Griffith and Peyton Dickens. He is also survived by a brother, Tyrone Pizzolato and wife Judy; brother-in- law, Gene Madere and wife Mary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was a parishioner of St. Ann Parish in Metairie and a devoted husband and loving father. He is loved and will be dearly missed.
