A native and lifelong resident of Ponchatoula, she was a homemaker, a former caterer, a charter member of the Krewe of Omega in Hammond, La., a Life Master in the American Contract Bridge League, and a member of Oak Knoll Country Club in Hammond, La. Survivors include one son, Arthur E. "Tiger" Plow, Jr., Plaquemine, La.; one daughter, Gloria Katherine "Sunshine" Plow Box, Madisonville, La.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three half-brothers, Henry Clay Fricke and Bernard Fricke, both of Abita Springs, La., and Eugene "Gene" Alford of Ponchatoula. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur E. Plow; her father Henry Fricke of Franklinton, La; and her mother, Carmen Blackwell Carroll of Ponchatoula. A memorial was held at the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Saturday, July 16, 2005 in Hammond, Louisiana. The Rev. F David Fairbanks conducted the service. Bagnell and Son Funeral Home in Covington, Louisiana was in charge of dismissal. ********************************************************************************
