POINTE, PATRICIA ANN JONES
A cook, resident and native of Baton Rouge, she died Wednesday, Dec. 16,
2009, at her home. She was 66. Visiting at Winnfield Funeral Home on Sunday
from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Religious service at McKowen Baptist Church on
Monday, Dec. 21, at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Gerald A. Robinson.
Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. She is survived by a daughter,
Allison Burnette Jones and husband Arthur; sons, Johnnie James Jones Sr.
and wife Nancy, Clarence Harrison Jones Jr., and Patrick Harrison and wife
Emma, all of Baton Rouge; sister, Mrs. Donna Jean Carter, of Hammond;
brother, Johnnie Jones Jr., of Baton Rouge; 15 grandchildren and 12
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie B.
Jones Sr. and Charity Taylor Jones; stepfather, James Hughes; brothers,
Joseph Jones and Eugene Wilson; a grandson and a niece. Pallbearers will be
her sons, grandsons and nephews. Arrangements by Winnfield Funeral Home.
