A native of Stanton, MS, resident of Dandridge, TN, formerly of Loranger. Survived by children, Eddie Jr., Ronnie (Paula), Timothy (Rocky), Jeffrey (Carol), Louis (Stacey) Puls, Melinda (Joey) Frandria; Sisters, Jewell Bonds, Edna Perrin; Brothers, E.L. and Charles Brown; 14 grandchildren, 3 step- grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 5 step-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents Ollie and Roine Brown; Sisters, Laura Allen, Mary Mallory; Brothers, O.C., Cecil and Robert Brown. Interment in Loranger Community Cemetery. Survived by two daughters, Ida Neola Puls Brown and Eleanor Louise Puls Fletcher, both of Loranger; two sons, Fred Oliver Puls and Edwin LaVerne Puls, both of Loranger; 14 grandchildren, 25 great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Louise Gerstein Wall and Freda Gerstein Samuels, both of Loranger, Doris Meuret Bankston, Baton Rouge, and Johnnie Lou Meuret Champlin, Loranger. Preceded in death by husband, Harold LaVerne Puls; and two brothers, Elwyn "Buck" Gerstein and Fred Allen Gerstein.
