She was a native of Hammond and resident of Tucker, GA and a former long-time employee of Rosenblum's Department Store in Hammond. Mrs. Quave is survived by her son, Jonathan Shane Gasperecz, Tucker, GA; sisters, Elsie Quave Willie, Folsom and Ellen Quave Wilbanks, Winder, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Alton Eldridge and Edna Bernard Quave; sister, Irma Juanita Quave Bookmiller and brothers, Douglas and Joseph Quave. She is survived by one son, Joseph Quave of Hammond; four daughters, Elsie Willie of Folsom, Juanita Bookmiller of Tucker, Ga., Betty Quave of Lilburn, Ga. and Ellen Wilbanks of Dacula, Ga.; one sister, Phoebe Bernard of Hammond; 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and four great-great-granchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Quave; five sisters, Deanie Quave, Christine Ladner, Alice Willie, Mary Bush and Easter Quave; and three brothers, Dewey, James and Sam Bernard. The funeral was today, and burial was in Joiner Cemetery, Loranger.
