RAGAS, HENRY EARL JR. 
Metairie - Henry Earl Ragas Jr., 68, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001, at
Doctor's Hospital in Jefferson. He was a native of New Orleans, a complex
systems technician with South Central Bell and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran
of the Korean conflict. Survivors include his wife, Joann Parker Ragas,
Ponchatoula; two daughters, Karen R. Reno, Ponchatoula, and Tammy R.
Chauff, Loranger; two sons, Robert Michael Hilburn and Henry Earl Ragas
III, both of Ponchatoula; a sister, Ella Ann Ragas Hankins, Moss Point,
Miss.; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Visitation will be
at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula today from 8 a.m. until 
the funeral at 10. Burial will be at Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
