She was 51 and a native of Independence. Visitation was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. Visiting at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Baton Rouge. She is survived by her husband, Larry Ramo; two daughters, Jamie and Vallery; two sons, Frankie and Randy; three sisters, Martha Breeland, Ann Braud and Donna Lynn Poe; four brothers, William Ard Jr., Joe Ard, Jamie Poe and Luther Fleming; and seven grandchildren, Lexus, Cody, Frankie Lynn, Taylor, Danielle, Cole and Marissa. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Sr. and Patsy Traylor Ard. Pallbearers will be Frankie Porche, Robbie Saizan, Rodney Ramo, Randy Ramo, Charles Braud and DeWayne Braud. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Mike and the staff of Winn Dixie Pharmacy in Walker, as well as to Mike and the staff of St. Joseph's Hospice for their care and dedication to Linda. ***************************************************************************
