RASCO, MAMIE McDONALD PELTIER
Mamie McDonald Peltier Rasco, 87, a native of Holden and a resident of 
Hammond, La., passed away on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012.  A loving mother and 
devoted grandmother known for her great sense of humor, she will be greatly 
missed by her family and friends.  She is survived by her daughters: 
Lucille Peltier Odom and Beverly Rasco Rizzo; grandchildren: Billy Odom 
Jr., Wendi Odom Williams, Jerry John Odom, and Shane Rizzo; and great 
grandchildren: Brandi Williams, Dustin Williams, Stephanie Odom Connor and 
husband Harold, Chase Odom, Layla Rizzo, and Nicole Rizzo.  She is preceded 
in death by her husband Gilbert Rasco; grandson Wayne Sterling; and sons-
in-law: Billy Odom Sr., and Gary G. Rizzo.  Visitation will held at 
Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, from 9 a.m. until time of 
services at noon. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.   
Pallbearers will be Billy Odom Jr., Jerry Odom, Dustin Williams, Chase 
Odom, Harold Connor, and Johnnie Gregerson.
