She was 37 and a native of Independence. Visiting at Living Faith Christian Center, 4180 Winbourne Ave., from 9 a.m. Thursday until memorial service at 11 a.m., conducted by Pastor Raymond Johnson. Survived by three daughters, Anastasia M. King, and twins Michelle J. and Nachelle J. Rayford, all of Baton Rouge; maternal grandmother, Ella Massey, Harvey; birth mother, Gertrude Carey, Baton Rouge; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Margaret and Phillip Williams, Megan and Louis Davis, Johnella and Brat Carmon, and Cretta Mitchell; three brothers and three sisters-in-law, Andrew and Rosemary Williams, Jerome and Larissa Williams, and Kenneth McManus, all of Baton Rouge, and Lynn Rayford, St. Francisville; former husband, Michael Rayford; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Preceded in death by her father, Frank McNeely; mother, Mary King; and a sister, Emma Burkley.
