RAYMOND, KATE GARNER 
Kate Garner Raymond, 49, died of heart failure at her home in Kentwood on
Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2006. She is survived by her husband, Michael L.
Raymond, Kentwood; son, Randall L. Raymond, Franklinton; mother, Essie
Virginia Garner, Kentwood; sister, Gloria G. Miller, Doyline; and brothers,
Donald M. Garner, Kentwood, and John C. Garner, Hammond. She was preceded
in death by her father, Milton R. Garner; and son, Justin W. Gill.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, on Saturday from 9 a.m.
until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Danny Smith.
Interment in Spring Creek Cemetery, Spring Creek. For more details, visit

RAYMOND, LEO AUGUSTIN SR.
New Orleans -- Leo Augustin Raymond Sr., 83, a master plumber and owner of
Raymond Plumbing Heating died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2004, at Oschner
Foundation Hospital in New Orleans. He was a native of New Orleans and a
member of the American Legion 282 and also the Suburban Gun & Rod Club.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Dell Raymond of New Orleans; a
daughter, Janice Raymond Dawson of Ponchatoula; a son, Robert William
Raymond of New Orleans; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death
by his parents, Lucien H. and Sidonie Monier Raymond; a son, Lee A. Raymond
Jr.; and a grandson. Visitation and the funeral was held this afternoon at
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, and burial was in Sandhill
Cemetery.

RAYMOND, PERCY J.
A resident of Chesbrough, he died at 9:20 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at
North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was 90 and a native of Morgan City.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Visitation at McKneely Funeral
Home, Amite, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Interment in Tangipahoa Cemetery, Tangipahoa. Survived by his wife, Marie
Skaggs Raymond, Chesbrough; a daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Raymond Jackson
and Charles L. Jackson, McComb, Miss.; and a number of nieces and nephews. 
Preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Paul and Delia Henry Raymond;
stepmother, Alice Ganaway Raymond; two brothers, Raymond J. and Wilbur
Raymond; three half-brothers, Alvin, Lloyd and Sidney Raymond Jr.; and a 
half-sister, Betty Ann Raymond Pillaro.

RAYMOND, VIRGINIA ANN DELL
Virginia Ann Dell Raymond , 81, died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, at Live Oak
Village, Hammond.  She was a native of New Orleans.  Survivors include a
daughter, Janice Raymond Dawson of Ponchatoula; a son, Robert W. Raymond of
New Orleans; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  Her husband,
Leo A. Raymond Sr.; a son, Leo A. Raymond Jr.; a grandson; her parents,
William and Martha Korbley Dell Sr.; a brother, William Dell Jr.; and a
sister, Elizabeth Dell Szabary, preceded her in death.  Visitation will be
at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula Saturday from 10 a.m.
until the funeral at 11:30. Burial will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery.
