She was 91 and a native of Independence. Visiting was at Niland's Funeral Home, Livonia, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday. Visiting at the funeral home from 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Friday. Religious services at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by the Rev. Joseph Nguyen. Interment in church cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Theresa Dorothy Traina, Baton Rouge; two sons, Sam Joseph Ringo, Erwinville, and Anthony C. "Sonny" Ringo, Baton Rouge; a sister, Josie V. Albano, Independence; nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Frank Ringo; parents, two brothers and two sisters. She was 91 and a resident of Tickfaw. Visiting at Niland's Funeral Home, Livonia, from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22. Religious service at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Livonia, at 11 a.m. Monday. Interment in church cemetery. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, C.J. and Brenda Ringo and S.J. and Linda Ringo, all of Torbert; six grandchildren, Natalie Bradberry, Chere Ringo, Carla Hurdle and Troy, Jimmy and Joey Ringo; and 14 great- grandchildren, Lauren, Hannah and Joseph Cavalier, Jacob Ross, Austin Hurdle and Bailey, Brooklyn, Erin, Eric, Ethan, Jordan, Jude, Joshua and Trey Ringo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Ringo; parents and numerous brothers and sisters. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and nephews.
