RIVERO, BILLIE, SR.
Billie "Doc" Rivero Sr., 61 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, died Friday,
September 4, 2009, at his residence.  He was born on Saturday, August 21,
1948, in Bridge City, Louisiana, son of the late Oleuse, Sr. and Mabel
Simoneaux Rivero.  Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Cathy Z. Rivero; 3
sons, Billy Rivero Jr. and his wife Jessica, Bret Rivero and his wife'
Kristy, Lucky Rivero and his wife Laura; 3 grandchildren, Keaton Rivero,
Hanna Rivero, Kassidy Rivero; 2 brothers, Oleuse Rivero Jr., Bruce Rivero;
2 sisters, Beverly Albarado and Barbara Trosclair.'  He is preceded in
death by brothers, Terry and Roy Paul Rivero.  Friends will be received
Monday, September 7, 2009, from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm and on Tuesday,
September 8, 2009 from 8:00 am until 11:00 am at the Harry McKneely & Son
Funeral Home in Hammond.  Services will be held in the funeral home chapel
on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, at 11:00 am, with Dallas Stewart Sr.
officiating. Interment will follow in the Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in
