Survivors include his wife, Josephine Palermo Robichaux of Ponchatoula; a daughter, Phyllis Robichaux of Meridian, Miss.; and a grandson. His parents were the late Joseph and Dixie McDaniel Robichaux. The Rev. Justin Kauchak, O.P., will conduct a memorial mass Monday at 6 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in The Hammond Daily Star on: 1/9/2002 ROBICHAUX, HARRY Tangipahoa Parish - Harry "Dale" Robichaux, 62, died Dec. 31, 2001, at North Oaks Hospital in Hammond. A native of New Orleans, he was an offshore manager, supervisor and master mechanic having worked for Grasso Production Management and Grey Star Management. He was a graduate of Buras High School and was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and the Sea Explorers, both in Buras. He served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years. Survivors include his wife, Louise Focosi Robichaux of Hammond; three daughters, Amy Robichaux Knight and Christine Robichaux Carubba, both of Harvey, and Beth Robichaux Barrios of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister, Margorie Robichaux Gregoire of Metairie; and eight grandchildren. The funeral was today at Professional Funeral Service in New Orleans with a cremation to follow. She was a native of New Orleans. YVONNE HARRISS A very devoted and loving mother who enjoyed life and travel, Mrs. L. Yvonne Harriss Robichaux, 88, of Ponchatoula, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008. She was born Aug. 25, 1919 and was the daughter of the late Micajah Harriss and Lucille Tucker; and wife of the late Whitney F. Robichaux. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Micajah; and sister, Beatrice. Mrs. Robichaux retired from the Tangipahoa Parish Assessor's Office. She is survived by her children, Whitney Jr. and Jean Robichaux, of Tucker, Ga., Patricia and Richard Whitlow, of Baton Rouge, Clyde and Catherine Robichaux, of Bound Brook, N.J., and Iris and Mark Brayden and Gregory and Deborah Robichaux, all of Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren, Michelle Wright, Jon and Duane Robichaux, Richard, Stephen and Christine Whitlow, Sandra Fruge, David and Jessica Brayden, and Genevieve and Christopher Harriss Robichaux; and 11 great-grandchildren.
