ROGERS-KING, KATHERINE LOUISE
Katherine Louise Rogers-King was born Sept. 26, 1925 in Natalbany and died
on Feb. 18, 2007 at her residence in Hammond.  She is survived by her
children and their spouses, Pat and Melanie King, Pumpkin Center, Bill and
Geri King, Loranger, and Kathy King and Lum Jones, Hammond; 7 grand-
hildren, Stacy King-Ball, Jennifer King Greco, Kelly King-Edwards, Melissa
King-Cortez, Pat G. King, Jr., Tobey Elizabeth Jones, and Lesly Katherine
Jones; 7 great-grandchildren, Brittany Greco, Jamie Greco, Samantha Ball,
Cody Ball, Devin Edwards, Hannah Edwards, and Carter Lanie Cortez; 3
brothers, Charles ³Buddy² Robers, Hammond, Fredrick ³Fred² Rogers,
Covington, and Lloyd Edward Rogers, Albany; and sister, Barbara
Rogers-Keen, Hammond.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon
"Gene" King; son, Henry M. ³Hank² King; parents, Merrill and Edith Wall
Rogers; brother, Bill Rogers; and sister, Sandra Rogers-Creel.  Family and
friends are invited to the visitation at Geisler Funeral Home in Hammond on
Tuesday, Feb. 20 from 6 until 9 pm and on Wednesday after 8:30 am until the
religious service at 10 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment will
follow in Holly Gardens Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be
