He was born on May 4, 1943, in New Orleans, son of the late Edward Joseph Rolling Jr. and the late Lena Maude Martens Rolling. Mr. Rolling was a senior estimator for Arctic Slope Regional Constructors, New Orleans division and along with his father, was co-owner of Universal Electric Co. of Hammond for many years. Mr. Rolling attended St. Joseph Seminary in Covington and graduated from Southeastern High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. He was a volunteer photographer for the Special Olympics, a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church and also coached Little League Baseball. Surviving are his wife, Anna Lett Rolling; three daughters, Karen Elizabeth Rolling, Janice Michelle Rolling and Leslie Gary Rolling; and a sister, Janice Rolling Amar. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gerald David Rolling.
