He was 81. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, with a vigil prayer service at 7 p.m. Visiting at the funeral home chapel, 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Monday. Interment in Ponchatoula Cemetery. Survived by wife, Cammie Landry Rottmann, Ponchatoula; two sons, Gerald Rottmann, Folsom, and Louis Rottmann, Ponchatoula; three grandchildren, Susan Peltier, Ponchatoula, Gerri Lynne Koch, Folsom, and Marci Rottmann, Prairieville; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mildred Caldwell, Ponchatoula. Age 69 and a longtime resident of Ponchatoula, Frank passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010 at North Oaks Medical Center. He served our country in the U.S. Army. Frank leaves behind two sons, Troy Rottmann and wife Tammy, Rickey Rottmann, along with four grandchildren, Brendie Elizabeth Bringhurst, Rickey Jr., Trent and Trace Rottmann. He is also survived by his mother, Hazel Roberts Hebert; sister, Barbara Eargle and husband David; two brothers, Earl and Wayne Rottmann. Preceding Frank in death were his father, Frank Rottmann, Sr.; brother, Mark Rottmann; former wife, Betty Rottmann.
