ROWLAND, CARTER JR.
Carter Rowland Jr. 16 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. M. Carter Rowland of
Springfield died in a car accident early Sunday morning.  A brother and two
sisters were also in the accident.  The father is a representative to the
state legislature from Livingston parish.  An uncle is Judge W.S. Rownd of
Hammond.  Services were Monday afternoon in Springfield.
