RUBE, IRMA FOIL
Baton Rouge - Irma "Little Mama" Foil Rube, 81, died at 11:20 a.m. Sunday,
April 8, 2001, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton
Rouge. A Baton Rouge native, she was a retired secretary to the business
manager at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She had worked there 23
years. She was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church. Survivors include a
daughter, Rebecca Prichard, Baton Rouge; a son, Fred C. "Ricky" Rube Jr.,
Hammond; a sister, Joyce Fortenberry, Port Isabelle, Texas; six grand-
children; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Fred C. Rube Sr., and parents, William E. Foil and Irma Foil. 
Visitation was at Welsh Funeral Home, Baton Rouge, Monday night and this
morning from 9 until the funeral at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Greenoaks
Memorial Park.
