He was a native of Longview, Texas, and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Judy Rundell of Tickfaw; two sons, William Clayton Dennis and Clifford Owen Dennis, both of Tickfaw; two daughters, Robbie Lee Vicknair of Loranger and Connie Lynn Phelps of Magnolia, Miss.; two sisters, Barbara Butler of Gretna and Mary Heren of Winnsboro, Texas; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Audie Lee Gibson Rundell; and one sister, Gussie Easley. Visitation will be today at Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the Rev. Howard "Pete" Parsons conducts the funeral at noon. She was 61 years old, a native and resident of Tickfaw. Her survivors include 4 children, Robbie Lee Vicknair, Connie Lynn Phelps, Clifford Owen Dennis, Jr, and William Clayton Dennis; 15 grand- children; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard Anthony; and sisters, Linda Ewing, Mittie Loopes, Edith Anthony, Lucy Prine, Jeannette Prine, Mildred Borgeson, Brenda Lambert, Bertie Rutland, and Cerlian Picou. She was preceded by her parents, Albert and Becky Prine Anthony ; her sister, Willette Harrell; her husband, Eddie L. Rundell and one grandson, Eddie James Driggers. Margaret was a lifelong member of Grace Memorial Episcopal Church. A true Southern lady, she was a cornerstone in the lives of her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Sydney J. Rundell, of Hammond; two daughters and sons-in-law, Margaret Rundell Bruce and Daren Bruce, of Maurepas, and Elizabeth Rundell James and Keeves James Jr., of Ponchatoula; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth E. Jr. and Cordelia Thomas, of Hammond; and six grandchildren, Emily James, Hattiesburg, Miss., Christopher James, Ponchatoula, Whitney Bruce, Maurepas, Aaron James, Hammond, Sydney Michael Bruce, Maurepas, and Anne James, Ponchatoula.
