She was 83. Visiting was held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East on Thursday, July 21, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting at Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday, July 22, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by Pastor Carl Bassett. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her husband, Paul H. Schoeffler Jr.; two sons, Paul H. Schoeffler III and wife Jeanne, of Baton Rouge, and Norman E. Schoeffler and wife Caryn, of Ponchatoula; a sister, Dorothy Armatta, of Lafayette; two grandchildren, Allyn Schoeffler and husband Adrian O'Keefe, of San Francisco, and Cary Schoeffler; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Henry and Emma Ackermann Randolph; five brothers, Norman, Henry, Earl, Elwood and Ward; a sister, Meta R. Wagner; and a granddaughter, Melissa Kay Schoeffler.
