SCHOEFFLER, ALICIA RANDOLPH
A native of Bogalusa and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died Wednesday, 
July 20, 2011, at Hospice of Baton Rouge. She was 83. Visiting was held at 
Rabenhorst Funeral Home East on Thursday, July 21, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. 
Visiting at Trinity Lutheran Church on Friday, July 22, from 9 a.m. until 
religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by Pastor Carl Bassett. Interment 
in Resthaven Gardens of Memory. She is survived by her husband, Paul H. 
Schoeffler Jr.; two sons, Paul H. Schoeffler III and wife Jeanne, of Baton
Rouge, and Norman E. Schoeffler and wife Caryn, of Ponchatoula; a sister, 
Dorothy Armatta, of Lafayette; two grandchildren, Allyn Schoeffler and 
husband Adrian O'Keefe, of San Francisco, and Cary Schoeffler; and five 
great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, 
Henry and Emma Ackermann Randolph; five brothers, Norman, Henry, Earl,
Elwood and Ward; a sister, Meta R. Wagner; and a granddaughter, Melissa 
Kay Schoeffler. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church and 
an accomplished artist, seamstress and quilter.

SCHOEFFLER, BELINDA BASS
"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. In verdant pastures he gives me 
rest." Psalm 23. A homemaker and resident of Lafayette, she died Sunday, 
July 3, 2011, at her home. She was 51 and a former resident of Ponchatoula 
and New Roads. Visiting at Niland's Funeral Home, New Roads, Thursday, July 
7, was from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes Friday from 8 a.m. to 
10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's of False River Catholic 
Church on Friday, July 8, at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Monsignor 
Robert Berggreen. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. Survived by her mother, 
Virginia Bass, of New Roads; daughter, Brea Aimee Schoeffler, of Lafayette; 
sisters, Frances Ann Moody, Janet Maumus, Barbara Van Vrancken, Mary 
Burleigh, Veronica Lemoine, Judy Niland, Desiree Peebles, Sabrina Lonadier 
and Stasi Ogier; and three brothers, Tom, Kip and Tyrone Bass. Preceded in 
death by her father, James Enoch Bass; and brothers, Jim and John Bass. To
