SCORSONE, FRANCES FRESINA

A resident of Belle Maison Nursing Home, she died Friday, Aug. 17, 2001, at 
North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. She was 78 and a native of New Orleans. 
Graveside services were at Colonial Mausoleum, Independence, at 2:30 p.m. Friday, 
conducted by a Dominican priest. Survived by a sister, Josephine F. Costanza, 
Independence; two brothers, Vincent B. Fresina and Anthony C. Fresina, both of 
Baton Rouge; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, 
Vincent and Frances Campisi Fresina, and a brother, Dominick Fresina. She was a 
retired operator with BellSouth Telephone Co. Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 
Hammond, in charge of arrangements.
