She is survived by her husband, James Seiber of Independence; four sons, Matthew Spears of Houston, James Earl Seiber, Roosevelt Anthony Seiber and Leandres Seiber, all of Independence; three daughters, Doris Marie Martin of Independence, Deloris Yvette Seiber of Hammond and Beverly Williams of Houston; three sisters, Ida Bell Miller of Velma, Ollie Spears of Richmond, Calif., and Barbara Alexander of Houston; five brothers, Edward Watson of Velma, Joseph, Johnny and Rellis Watson Jr., all of Independence, and Randolph Watson of Houston; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Almon and Rellis Watson; two sons, Charles Ray Seiber and Ray Charles Seiber; and two brothers, Alfred Watson and Clemard Watson. The Rev. Johnny Johnson will conduct the funeral today at 7 p.m. at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Independence. Dismissal will be Monday at 11 a.m., and burial will be in Durbin Cemetery, Independence.
