She was a native of Petersburg, Virginia and a resident of Pumpkin Center. Ms. Eunice loved to crochet during her spare time. She is survived by her daughters, Jeanette Shaffer Gregoire & husband Ronnie, Sherry Shaffer Tomsic and husband Dave; two sons, James Shaffer and wife Theresa, Jay Shaffer; seven grandchildren, Devin, Derrick, Rusty, Danny, Jamie, Zachary and Joshua along with seven great-grandchildren, Danniel, Christopher, Stacey, Nevaeh, Nicholas, Myrisa and Mya. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose J. Shaffer; son, Audie Joseph Shaffer; granddaughter, Stacie Lynn Traylor. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Torres; and her father, George T. McKinney.
