SHELLY, TROY OSCAR 
Ponchatoula - Troy Oscar Shelly, a 65-year-old truck driver, died Thursday, Dec. 
18, 2003, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was a native of Glenmary, 
Tenn., and his parents were the late Delmar E. and Alva Oylier Shelly. A 
graveside service will be at Bankston Cemetery, Hammond, today at 2 p.m. Harry 
McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, is in charge.
