SHERRILL, SELENE FOSTER
Mrs. Selene Foster Sherrill, 78 years old of Hammond, died Sunday, July 2,
2006, in North Oaks Medical Center.  She was born Thursday, August 18,
1927, in Petersburg, Tennessee, daughter of the late Roy and Grace Watson
Foster.  She worked as a Registered Nurse for North Oaks Medical Center for
over 23 years.  Surviving are her daughter & son-in-law, Susan & Glenn
Anderson; granddaughter, Stacy Wright; and grandson, Michael Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Sherrill and son, Thomas
Stephen Sherrill; two brothers, Lee and Larry Foster.  Friends will be
received Tuesday, July 4, 2006, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on
Wednesday, July 5, 2006, from 8:00 am until 10:00 am at the Harry McKneely
& Son Funeral Home, Hammond.  Services will be held at Harry McKneely & Son
Funeral Home, Hammond, Wednesday, July 5, 2006, at 10:00 am.  Interment
will follow in the Talley Station Cemetery, Petersburg, Tennessee.  In lieu
of flowers, donations may be made to the Relay for Life Foundation or the
