SHOWS, ANNIE J.

A resident of Amite, she died at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, April 18, 1999, at 
Metropolitan Hospice Center, Jefferson. She was 90 and a native of Mendenhall, 
Miss. Visiting at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and 8 
a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Interment in Amite Memorial 
Gardens. Survived by three daughters, Sherron Ann Tittle, Fort Worth, Texas, M. 
Ruth Sorbet, Destrehan, and Barbara Sue Greer, Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Mary 
Marchie, Oak Grove; three brothers, Hiram Arnold, Oak Grove, James Arnold, Gray, 
and Luther Arnold, Arthur City, Texas; and six grandchildren. Preceded in death 
by husband, L. Cullen Shows.
