SHROPSHIRE, GUS 
Greensburg - Clinton native Gus Shropshire, 69, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2004, at 
his home. Survivors include his wife, Sally Shropshire of Greensburg; four 
daughters, Diane S. Ross of Greensburg, Annette Profit of Baton Rouge and 
Carolyn Clines and Katie Shropshire, both of Hammond; two sons, Gus Lamart 
Shropshire of Hammond and Willie Earl Shropshire of Baton Rouge; a sister, four 
brothers and four grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at 
MJR Friendly Service Funeral Home, Greensburg. The Rev. Felix McKnight will 
conduct the funeral Saturday at 1 p.m. at Union Chapel AME Church, off state 
Highway 432 in Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Cemetery.
