SICARD, CLARA BEAVERS JOHNSON
Clara Beavers Johnson Sicard , 90, of Denham Springs, LA, passed away 
Monday, June 21, 2010 at Harvest Manor Nursing Home. She was born on 
September 23, 1919 Bogue Chitto, MS. Visitation will be at Seale Funeral 
Home, Denham Springs, on Friday, June 25, 2010, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 
Visitation will resume at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday, 
June 26, 2010, from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Service will be held at Seale 
Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Saturday, June 26, 2010, at 11:00 AM. Service 
will be officiated by Bro. Gerald Burton. She will be laid to rest in 
Ponchatoula Cemetery next to her late husband Fred Johnson. She is survived 
by her children Lilie Watts of Ponchatoula, LA, Leon Johnson of Muffreeboro, 
TN, and Vera Johnson of Denham Springs, LA, 10 grandchildren, 25 great-
grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, two sisters Pauline Johnson of 
Denham Springs, LA and Jessie Johnson of St. Francisville, LA. She is 
preceded in death by her first husband Fred Johnson, 2nd husband Roger 
Sicard, parents Thomas Beavers and Frances Hickman, 5 brothers, 1 
grandchild and 3 great-grandchildren.
