He was 64 and had spent his entire life in Bush. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Beulah Davenport Slade; two daughters, Miss Myrtle Slade of Bush and Mrs. Estelle Populas of Loranger; four sons, Dencil, Claude, Raymond of Bush, and Clyde, U.S. Air Force, stationed by Big Springs, Tex.; one grandson, Ray Bahm, Jr. of Loranger; one brother, Harvey Slade of Bush.
