SPINNEY, KEVIN JOHN 
Kevin John Spinney, service manager for All Star Nissan, a resident of
Gonzales and native of Palmdale, Calif., died at 2:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct.
7, 2005, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 47 and a
U.S. Army veteran. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Monday,
Oct. 10, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Religious service at the funeral home chapel
on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Frank Epps.
Interment in Sand Hill Cemetery, Ponchatoula. He is survived by his wife,
Katherine Yochim Spinney, Gonzales; father, Robert George Spinney of Green
Harbor, Mass.; daughter, Kayrie Lynn Spinney, Gonzales; son, Dathan John
Spinney, currently serving in the U.S. Air Force; two sisters and a
brother-in-law, Donna and Armond McDonald, Prairieville, and Heidi Ralphs,
California; and a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Naomie Spinney,
California. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary Theresa Gillen
Hunter; and father-in-law, Willard Yochim. He loved to work on cars and
enjoyed scuba diving and all sports.
