SPITZER, DOROTHY FLORENCE MEYERS
Dorothy Florence Meyers Spitzer, 94, a housewife, died Wednesday, Aug. 25,
2004, at Belle Maison Nursing Home.  She was a native of Marine, Ill.  She
is survived by three sons, Robert James Spitzer of Hammond, William Marc
Spitzer of Lafayette and Henry Gerard Spitzer of Lebanon, Ohio; two grand-
children and one great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her
husband, Robert Henry Spitzer; and her parents, Ernest A. and Ida Green
Meyer.  Visitation will be Saturday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home,
Hammond, from 2 p.m. until the funeral at 3. The Rev. Steven Sanders will
officiate.  Burial will be at Holly Gardens Cemetery, Hammond.  In lieu of
flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Belleville First Baptist
Church, 1303 Royal Heights Road, Belleville, IL 62223.
