GERMAIN, MARY FAYARD A resident of Hammond, she died Friday, Oct. 16, 1998. She was 94 and a native of Springfield. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home chapel, Hammond, 11:30 a.m. Sunday until religious services at 2 p.m. Interment in Springfield Cemetery. Survived by two daughters, Carolyn Maloney and Mary Yvonne Hoover, both of Independence; a sister, Velma St. Germain, Metairie; two brothers, Calvin Fayard, Springfield, and Simpson Fayard, Ponchatoula; three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband, Ives St. Germain; two sisters, Helen Behrman and Elizabeth McKigney; a brother, Homer Fayard; a granddaughter; and parents, Richard and Jessie Dow Fayard. ***************************************************************************
