SULLWOLD, ARTHUR FRANCIS 

PONCHATOULA - Arthur Francis "Trip" Sullwold, 93, died Monday, June 23, 
2003. at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Hammond. He was a native of New 
Orleans and a retired foreman from Avondale Shipyard. He is survived by 
his wife, Mildred Polasky Sullwold of Ponchatoula; one son, Arthur F. 
Sullwold of New Zealand; one sister, Catherine S. Leach of Covington; one 
brother, William Sullwold of Taunton, Mass.; and two grandchildren. He was 
preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ada Bourgeois Sullwold; one 
sister, Ada S. DeMonsabert; and one brother, August Sullwold. Visitation 
will be today at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 to 
9 p.m. with a funeral service at 7. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations 
may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 919 N. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, 
IL 60611-1676.

SULLWOLD, MILDRED MILLIE
Mildred Millie Sullwold, 93, a resident of Ponchatoula, died Tuesday, Feb.
3, 2009. She was born on Tuesday, July 13, 1915, in Morgan City. She was a
retired practical nurse. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Dr.
Arthur F. Jr. and Le Anne Brown Sullwold; and her first daughter-in-law,
Peggy Landrum. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Eric Landrum and
Shannon Velasquez; great-grandchild, Abigail Landrum; and sister, Ethel
Arnold. Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Sullwold Sr.; and her
parents. Friends will be received at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home
in Ponchatoula on Saturday, Feb. 7, from 10 a.m. until noon followed by a
celebration of life at Millie's house. Contributions may be made to the
North Oaks Health Systems Volunteers at P.O. Box 2668 Hammond, LA 70404. An
