He was 68 and a native of New Orleans. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Religious service at Sharon Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by Elder Mason Miley and Elder Mark Harrison. Interment in Sharon Cemetery, Amite. He is survived by his wife, Patsy P. Tamborella, Amite; stepson, Randall O. Franklin Sr., Abita; two grandsons, Brandan L. Franklin and Randall O. Franklin Jr.; brother, George Tamborella, Kiln, Miss.; special niece, nephew, and children, Eddy and Pauline Guy, Milton, Fla., Vickie and Luigi; and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Pauline Lingo Tamborella; and four brothers, Joseph, Johnny, James and Fred Tamborella.
