TASKER, IVALIE GOYNES BRECHEEN
Mrs. Ivalie Goynes Brecheen Tasker, 89 years old of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, 
passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Regency Hospital of Covington. She 
was born on February 14, 1923, in Pine Grove, Louisiana. Surviving are 
husband, Frederick Henry Tasker; daughter, Carol Brecheen Bass; brother, 
Roscoe Allen Goynes; 3 grandchildren, David Bass, Melissa Watermolen, and 
Allison Klemp; and 7 greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 
first husband, Milton Brecheen, who died during WWII; son-in-law, Kerry 
Bass; 4 sisters, Elaine Tiner, Maudine Tiner, Henri Faye Newman, and Eva 
Rose Jenkins; and brother, James "Bud" Goynes. Visitation will be held at 
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 
6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on 
Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 8:00 am until funeral services begin at 
11:00 am. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in
