TEMPLET, SARAH DAVIS
Sarah Davis Templet, 83, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at Lane Nursing
Home of Zachary. She was a native of Tangipahoa Parish and a resident of
Baton Rouge. Survived by her loving husband, Vernon F. Templet; daughters
and their spouses, Karen T. and Gary Irby and Lynette T. and Sonny
Costanza; son, Timothy Vernon Templet and spouse Tammy; sister, Billie D.
Wall; brother, Ashley P. Davis; seven grandchildren, Travis Spikes and
spouse Jade, Jessica Costanza, Candice Piediscalzo and spouse Wade, Vernon
Caleb Costanza, Eric Templet and spouse Jennifer, Lynsey Clark and spouse
Daniel, and Zachary Templet; three great-grandchildren, Noah Monroe Spikes,
Abigail Templet and Caden Piediscalzo; two stepgrandchildren, Julie and
Garrett Irby; and a stepgreat-grandchild, Violet Monroe. Preceded in death
by her parents, Ashley Burns and Norma M. Gautreau Davis; and a sister,
Vernell D. Sanders. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday, Dec.
29, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation at St. Isidore Catholic Church in
Baker on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Burial in Greenoaks
Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St.
Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
