TERRACINO, STELLA RUFFINO
A resident of Thibodaux, she died at 2:55 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007. She
was 85, born Sept. 25, 1922, in Amite. Visiting at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral,
Thibodaux, on Tuesday, Dec. 11, from 8 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial
at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. She is survived by her
husband, Frank John Terracino, of Thibodaux; sister, Mary Checchin, of
Illinois; and four brothers, Louis Ruffino and Joe Ruffino, both of Baton
Rouge, Sam Ruffino, of Independence, and Nunzio Ruffino, of Amite. She was
preceded in death by her son, Mark Stephen Terracino; parents, Louis
Ruffino and Louisa Insinna Ruffino; brothers, John Ruffino and Tony
Ruffino; and sisters, Lucy Costanza, Pamela Alack, Josie Burrell and Rosie
Ruffino. Landry's Funeral Home Inc., Thibodaux, is in charge of
arrangements.
