THACKER, CHARLES
Charles Thacker, 71 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, died Wednesday, July
8, 2009, at his residence.  He was born on Thursday, May 26, 1938, in Pike
County, KY, son of the late Douglas and Helen Thacker.  Surviving are his
wife, Marion McGreal Thacker and daughter, Adora Jean Butler; 2 sons,
Charles Edward Thacker Jr., Keith Thacker; step-son, Paul McGreal; 5
grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his
son, Timothy Thacker.  Friends will be received Saturday, August 8, 2009,
from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Woodland Park Baptist Church.  Services
will be held in the Fellowship Hall, Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 11:00 am
with Rev. Randy Ray officiating.  An on-line guest book is available at
