TIERNEY, MICHAEL PATRICK
Mr. Michael Patrick Tierney, 51 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, died 
February 15, 2011, at North Oaks Medical Center.  He was born on July 1, 
1959, in New Orleans, son of the late Michael James Tierney Jr. and Jean 
Pettigrew Tierney.  Mr. Tierney was retired as a deck hand and captain for 
20 years with Crescent Towing and Salvage.  Surviving are his wife, Ronda 
Quick Tierney; son & daughter-in-law, Michael Patrick Jr. and Courtney 
Dupont Tierney; daughter, Renee Lyn Tierney, her dear friend, Tyler Cannon 
and his children, Jordan and Jase Cannon; mother, Jean Pettigrew Tierney; 
brother & sister-in-law, Bill and Paula Tierney; sisters and brothers-in-
law, Sharon and Tommy Miller, Deanna and Chris Todd, and sister, Michele 
Tierney.  Friends will be received on Saturday, February 19, 2011 from
10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula.
Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday at 1:00 pm, 
with Troy Dancer officiating.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to
