TORTORICE, MINNIE SCHIRO
Minnie Schiro Tortorice, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away 
in Laurel, Mississippi on Thursday, September 5, 2013. She is survived by 
her daughters, Frances Marie Buquoi and Nancy LaRusso, grandchildren, 
Francine Buquoi, Victor Buquoi, James Buquoi, Kelly Arrington, and Brandy 
Harris, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and a brother, Paul 
Schiro. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst-East from 4pm to 8 pm Sunday 
night, and a Mass will be held on Monday morning at 9 am at St. Pius X 
Catholic Church. Burial will be at Colonial Cemetery, Independence, 
Louisiana immediately following the Mass. In lieu of gifts, the family 
requests that donations be made to Deaconess Hospice Foundation, PO Box 
15788, 108 Lundy Lane, Hattiesburg, MS 39404 or the American Cancer 
Society.
