She was a retired Lily Tulip Cup Co. inspector. She is survived by one son, Renae J. Townsend of Denham Springs; three sisters, Verna Clara Brecheen of Baton Rouge, Elsie Lane Fisher of Kenner and Nenie Ruth "Teedie" McGill of Beaumont, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Townsend; one son, Darrell Ross Hunter; two sisters, Bobbie June Henkel and Norma Lee Yoss; and two brothers, Aubrey Henkel and Ronnie Henkel. Visitation will be today at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, Baton Rouge, from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 11. Va., died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004. She was a professional church organist and had played for several churches throughout the state as a member of The Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Jocelyn Townsend; two grand- children and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. A. W.
