Vallance, age 73, of Clinton, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, March 17, 2005, at Ozark Health Nursing Center in Clinton. Born in Louisiana on May 2, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Estelle (Starns) Vining. Mrs. Vallance was a homemaker and a member of Palestine Baptist Church at Pearson. She is survived by her husband, Harry Vallance of Quitman; two sons, Kenneth Vallance of Heber Springs and Wesley Vallance of Damascus; one daughter, Valerie Sloan of Mississippi three grandsons, Ben Vallance, Jacob Vallance, and Joshua Vallance, one grand- daughter, Dhara Sloan; and one great-grandson, Isaac Vallance. Mrs. Vallance is also survived by her brothers and sisters, as well as other relatives and her many friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc. Graveside services and interment will be held Sunday, March 20, at 2:00 P.M. at the Quitman Cemetery with Rev. Bennie Foster officiating. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
