VERNEUIL, JAMES M.
Funeral services for James M. Verneuil, 47, who died in New Orleans
Saturday, were held Monday, November 27, from his late residence. 
Interment was in Catholic cemetery.  He was born January 10, 1903 in
New Orleans, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Julis Verneuil.  He had been
a resident of Ponchatoula for the past 40 years.  He is survived by his
wife, the former Miss Audrey Vitter, whom he married on August 11, 1927;
three daughters, Mrs. Collins Bonnicard, Yvonne and Lynne Verneuil; one
sister, Mrs. R. E. Lee of Baker; three brothers, Joseph and Vincent of
Ponchatoula, and Julis Verneuil of New Orleans.
