VILLERE, ANTONINA  "LENA"
Died at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at her home in Independence. 
She was 92 and a native of New Orleans. Mrs. Villere retired from Tulane 
University with 23 years service. Visitation at Mater Dolorosa Catholic 
Church, Independence, Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. until memorial Mass 
at 11 a.m. Survived by her daughter, Janice Cassidy, Independence. 
Preceded in death by her husband, Jarreau M. Villere Sr.; son, Jarreau M. 
Villere Jr.; parents, Vincent Joseph Scibetta and Savena DiGiovanni 
Scibetta; sisters, brother and granddaughter. In lieu of flowers, memorial 
contributions may be made to Mater Dolorosa School, P.O. Box 380, 
Independence, LA 70443. Arrangements by McKneely Funeral Home, Amite. For
