She was 74. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday. Religious services in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Monday. Interment in Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Eileen Vincent Koempel, Baton Rouge; three sons, Jerry James Vincent, Apple Valley, Calif., Donald Charles Vincent, Prairieville, and Tullie Eugene Vincent, South Carolina; 13 grandchildren, Amie Lynn, K.D., Penny, Jessica, Venus, Michael, Eric, Angela, Joseph, Erik, Misty, Micah and Kyle; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Nina Michetti, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Irene Adams, Pumpkin Center. Preceded in death by her husband, Tullie Otis Vincent; parents, William James Jackson and Jeanne Louise Nethalie Roland Jackson; and a sister, Eva Marie Wallace. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Flannery Oaks Guest House Music Program.
