NICHOLAS Co-owner of Carlo's Oyster House, Amite, and a resident of Hammond, he died Monday, Dec. 7, 1998, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was 65 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home chapel, Hammond, 11 a.m. Wednesday until religious services at 2 p.m. Interment in Rose Memorial Cemetery. Survived by wife, Betty Langlois Vinterella; a daughter, Jill Vinterella, both of Hammond; a son, Nicholas Vinterella Jr., Robert; a sister, Angelina Genevieve Berzas, Metairie; three brothers, Carl Vinterella and John Vinterella, both of Metairie, and Louis Vinterella, Harahan; and two grandsons, David Michael Ridder and Brenton Anthony Ridder, both of Hammond. Preceded in death by parents, Julia and Anthony Vinterella. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Ghost Catholic Church or Holy Ghost Catholic School, P.O.
