Saturday, August 16th, died Sunday, August 17th.  Mrs. Ward was the former Miss
Yvonne Delcourt.

WARD, MS. CHASSIE ANN 
A resident of Hammond, she died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004, as the result of
injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. She was 26 and a native of
Ponchatoula. Visiting at Harvest World Outreach Ministries on Saturday,
Nov. 13, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in
Wetmore Cemetery. Survived by her mother and step-father, Lori Monteleone
Dardis and John Dardis, Hammond; father and step-mother, Philip Edward and
Doreen Ward, Loranger; son, Dylan Ray Dunaway, Independence; boyfriend,
Daniel Dunaway, Independence; sister and brother-in-law, April and Chris
Bell, Hammond; brother and sister-in-law, Aaron and Sara Cambre Ward,
Hammond; two step-sisters, Nancy Dardis, Hammond; and Jaclyn Scuderi,
Loranger; two step-brothers and sister-in-law, L.J. and Dana Scuderi,
Independence, and Joshua Scuderi, Loranger; grandmother, Margie Monteleone,
Hammond. Preceded in death by a step-brother, Matthew Z. Dardis; grand-
parents, Carl J. Monteleone, Merlin "Buck" Ward and Marguerite "Tookey"
Ward. She was an employee of Don's Seafood in Hammond and a member of
Harvest World Outreach Ministries. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations
may be made to Restoration House and Crisis Pregnancy Center, 101 S. Spruce
St., Hammond, LA 70403 or The Ginger Ford Habitat For Humanity, P.O. Box
96, Hammond, LA 70401. Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.

Fred M. Ward, 49, of Canton, Miss., died Tuesday; funeral services were
held in Canton Wednesday.  His wife is the former Gladys Cobb of Hammond.

WARD, JAMES LAWRENCE
A resident of Loranger, he died Friday, Aug. 26, 2005, at St. Tammany Parish 
Hospital. He was 80 and a native of Bayou Goula. Visitation at Harry McKneely 
& Son Funeral Home, Hammond, on Friday, Sept. 2, from 9 a.m. until religious 
service at 1 p.m. Interment in Tickfaw Catholic Cemetery. He is survived by a 
daughter, Sherilyn Ward Nicolosi, Loranger; three sisters, Mercedes Austin and 
Irma Hecker, both of New Orleans, and Mary Ryan, Metairie; a brother, John 
Warren Ward Jr., New Orleans; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Keim Ward; parents, John Warren 
and Marie Ada Sentilles Ward; great-grandson, Christian Shelby Bunton; sister, 
Audrey Valrin; and three brothers, Joseph Wellington Ward, Glenn Ward and Louis 
Eldrige Ward.

WARD, JANIS BEREGI
Freeport, Texas - Janis Beregi Ward, 46, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2002, at Angleton
Danberry Medical Center, Angleton, Texas. She was a native of Livingston. She is 
survived by her husband, Dean K. Ward of Freeport, Texas; her father, Emery C. 
"Jimmy" Beregi of Livingston; one son, Bryan Christopher Ward of Lake Jackson, 
Texas; three sisters, Vivian Beregi Stewart and Debbie Beregi Wheat, both of 
Livingston, and Lynn Beregi Courtney of Holden; one brother, Jimmy C. Beregi of 
Livingston. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elenor Fekete Beregi. 
Visitation will be Thursday at Hungarian Presbyterian Church, Albany, from 9 a.m. 
until the funeral at 11:30. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Seale Funeral 
Home, Denham Springs, is in charge.
